For paying rent, we have some electronic payment options:
- Stessa: Free recurring monthly ACH payments.
*Contact us and we’ll set this up for you from our end – this tends to be the easiest option.**When setting up recurring payments in Stessa, set them to 5 days earlier than the 1st of the month since the payments can sometimes take 5 or more business days to arrive.

Every month when you send a rent payment to
your landlord, note "Rent Payment for <MONTH>
<YEAR>" (whatever the month / year is), and
print receipt to PDF.
Then talk to Bilt support through chat,
upload the PDF, and they should manually credit
points to your account in the dollar amount
shown on the receipt.
